A tweet from Yemane Gebremeskel, Eritrean government spokesman, appears to confirm the accounts of the shooting of National Service conscripts on Sunday reported here.
Unless his twitter account has been hacked we now know that the incident was not ‘lies’ as government supporters have continually asserted. [See below]
