I am sharing this, so that their families can see this information, which I cannot verify.

As of today, the 11 members out of the 15 from the G-15 are no longer alive. Petros Solomon and Musapha Nurhusein are dead. Petros Solomon has lived with hypertension and recently suffered from angia pectoris, in which he has been frequenting the Glass hospital, and Musapha had severe diabetes. Petros passed away on the 22nd, and Mustapha 16 hours after. Their burial day is unknown, but its believed that the most prominent politicians will be buried at sea or in a lake to permanently erase them from history and their traces.

Sources close to me have informed me that politicians such as Haile Woldetensae, Ogbe Abraha, Mahmoud Sherifo were buried in the Red Sea rather than on soil. This is a common practice with dissidents, to eliminate traces of political prisoners. Berhane Abrehe’s corpse is believed to have already been buried at sea.

Their immediate deaths come from the length of detention, the condition of detention and lack of mobility. Diabetes and hypertension requires close doctors supervision. However untrained medical professionals were only able to treat the prisoners. Mustapha has been recieving incorrect medication, causing him to go blind, and even the diet he was given made him severely emaciated.

Berhane Abrehe has had liver, kidney, and even heart problems prior to his arrest. Before his falling out with the Eritrean government, the government paid exorbitant amounts for Berhane Abrehe to get medical treatment, most notably a liver transplant. The government essentially paid for him to live. He was given medications by a local prison physician, but his health rapidly deteriorated over the 13 months due to the condition he was in and him relapsing on past health problems. (Cirrosis of the liver)

There are rumors that Ciham will be pardoned by President Isaias soon, but I am pending confirmation from my sources close to the government and the national security dept.

Regardless, these issues should be raised heavily. This has been the biggest development of political prisoners since the passing of Haile Woldetensae and the detention of Berhane Abrehe Kidane.

I implore that you inform their families immediately, and make updates accordingly to pressure the Eritrean government to acknowledge their death. Their family deserves closure.
