But would it surprise you that the ANC received donations from the Chinese Communist Party, the Indian National Congress and the Angolan ruling party?

Not to mention the odd Arab Sheikh and of course the Libyan former dictator, Colonel Gaddafi and Nigeria’s notoriously corrupt General Sani Abacha.

The Guptas paid the ANC a vast sum, but they also gave donations to the Democratic Alliance. So did Anglo-American, but then the mining giant was careful to hedge its bets and gave money to everyone, including the Economic Freedom Fighters.
