On the face of it Jeremy Corbyn has been good for Labour. The Party is running neck and neck with the Tories (although that is not particularly impressive given the mess Theresa May is making of Brexit).
Not much point in having a large party, if the public is less than enthusiastic about Labour and what it has to offer.
What is happening when the public actually goes to vote?
Local elections happen all the time, but seldom make the national press. Here the evidence is seems clear: there has been a loss of support for Labour in some (but by no means all) constituencies.
